Following his Digital Business and Innovation Master´s degree, Felix focused on the digitalization at DAX-listed companies. With a passion for sports, he states that the most important thing to have success is having a great team and that this is exactly what makes Horse of Europe so special, consisting of Grand Prix Winners, trainers, globally successful horse traders & digital experts.

Felix Klaphake, CEO

Marten has not only a sports management degree and a successful rider career under his belt, but has also been working for more than a decade in Asia to organize various event, among those as Project Manager at the 1st FEI World Cup Chinese League Beijing since 2011, as Event Director CSIO5* Abu Dhabi 2010, and at the Kuala Lumpur Grand Prix 2007.

Marten Frehe-Siermann, Lead Expert Asia

As Grand Prix Winner, trainer and horse educator, Thomas focuses on many aspects of the equestrian world. He trained riders from junior/amateur up to 5* level, has educated several sport horses to Grand Prix level and won multiple Grand Prixs himself.

Thomas Weinberg, Trainer

Grischa founded a digital marketing agency at the age of 20. He finished his studies in digital marketing and consumer behavior in Amsterdam. This is where he got in touch with Horse of Europe. Most recently, he worked for e-mobility companies in Switzerland.

Grischa Bauguitte, CMO

Having grown up in Berlin, Jacob moved to Amsterdam in 2020. At the age of 20, Jacob founded a data development startup. Most recently, Jacob worked for Amazon in Amsterdam while finishing his studies in data analysis. There he also got to know Felix.

Jacob Steinhardt, CTO

Finishing her horse training education with honors and holding a Master’s degree in International Business, Friederike combines the peaks of education in both horse riding and business. As a successful dressage rider & trainer as well as former lead of sales of the Westphalian Pferdestammbuch, she also has the practical experience to ensure the high-quality standard of Horse of Europe.
